Imagine stepping into a creative studio where real, human artistry reigns supreme and no two days look the same. As our new Studio Project Coordinator, you will step right into the engine room of our global marketing transformation, keeping high-profile creative projects moving seamlessly from initial brief to final delivery. Represented by Profiles Creative, this full-time contract role offers £34,000–£37,000 pro rata, running through to January with strong potential to extend or convert into a permanent position. Based in London, you will enjoy a dynamic hybrid setup (three days in-office, Tuesday to Thursday), transitioning this November from Farringdon to a state-of-the-art new space in Old Street.

Our client is a premier global music production & licensing powerhouse. Championing an unapologetic anti-AI music ethos, every track in the library is recorded live by human talent. You will sit at the centre of an ambitious 12-person team, working alongside Marketing Managers, Web Developers, and Content Leads to streamline workflows and drive creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end Project Management for diverse creative campaigns, ensuring every deliverable transitions smoothly from concept to completion.
  • Traffic Management: Oversee daily studio schedules, balancing business-as-usual creative requests against high-priority brand transformation projects.
  • Timeline Control: Build, track, and maintain comprehensive project schedules to consistently hit critical campaign deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary operational liaison across multidisciplinary teams, proactively gathering feedback and securing timely approvals.
  • Studio Support: Unblock creative teams—including designers and motion artists—by supplying clear briefs, managing assets, and resolving operational friction.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Project Management Expertise: Critical, hands-on experience co-ordinating workflows and managing project lifecycles within a fast-paced creative agency, music, or production environment.
  • Traffic & Resource Management: Proven ability to manage studio workloads, prioritize daily tasks, and maintain order across changing priorities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Confident, clear communication skills with a track record of building consensus among cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable & Organized: Exceptional organizational habits, clean documentation standards, and the resilience to navigate structural change during a major brand evolution.
  • UK Work Authorization: Full right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
