Studio & Sales Manager

Silo Studios — Kensal Road, W10 5BZ
Part-time · Reports to the Co-Founders

About Silo

Silo is a small, private training studio nestled between Kensal Rise and Notting Hill. With classes capped at eight, our setup is less conventional, and more like a personal training space — just with great music and people who show up for each other.

There are three class concepts on our schedule, each rooted in the combination of reformer Pilates and strength training — and every class is crafted from experience, with genuine attention to our clients’ strengths, limitations and goals.

We have been open for 5 months and need an exceptional studio manager with sales experience to support our growth.

The Role

We’re looking for somebody to take on a hybrid role sitting across studio operations and sales. You'll be the person who makes sure the studio runs perfectly day to day — and the person actively overseeing client acquisition and retention. It suits someone who's as comfortable on a spreadsheet or a sales call as they are on the studio floor talking to members.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth

  • Drive new membership sales through proactive management of the sales process, from lead generation to intro offer sales and membership conversions
  • Build relationships with local businesses, corporate partners and community organisations to generate new leads
  • Run referral and win-back campaigns to support retention and reactivation
  • Spot opportunities to refer members into personal training and other studio services as the business develops

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
