Overview
The Senior Studio Stylist, Womenswear at Boden is responsible for shaping and delivering the visual styling of our womenswear ranges across all e-commerce channels. You will lead by example on set, creating inspiring looks that reflect Boden’s distinctive, confident, and uplifting British identity while driving performance and consistency across all model imagery.
You will collaborate closely with the Art Direction, Design, Styling, Buyers, Head of Studio and wider creative partners to ensure styling excellence.
Location: 3-4 days per week at our North Acton office, with the remaining days WFH
What You Will Do
Set Styling Direction & Standards
- Work closely with the Design team, building on their creative direction while contributing strong styling opinions.
- Involved in key meetings and collaborate directly with Senior Design Director and Senior Inhouse Stylist.
- Create and maintain seasonal styling decks, moodboards and outfitting guidelines that clearly communicate direction and inspire both in-house and freelance stylists.
- Interpret Customer Insight, Trade information and general feedback into actionable steps to improve the studio’s output.
Create Outfits to Sell the Range
- Take ownership of womenswear outfitting across Boden’s e-commerce platform, shaping a clear, confident and compelling styling narrative that brings each range to life online.
- Create brave, stylish and uplifting outfits that feel modern, while remaining true to Boden’s distinctive identity and customer.
- Lead the development of outfits that push boundaries and explore new styling ideas, confidently testing and evolving the e-commerce look to keep it fresh, relevant and inspiring.
- Stay ahead of trends and translate them into wearable outfits that elevate Boden’s range and deliver strong customer engagement.

Deliver Styling Excellence on Set
- Set and uphold high styling standards across all womenswear e-commerce shoots, ensuring consistency, pace and quality.
- Support the Art Director with review and approval of styling preparation, ensuring outfits are confident, cohesive, and aligned with the agreed narrative.
- Style womenswear shoots across core e-commerce and creative executions, working efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Studio to streamline workflows, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across shoots.
Leadership & Freelance Talent Management
- Inspire, guide and lead a team of freelance stylists to be creative, confident and consistent while delivering at pace.
- Act as a champion of Boden’s brand values, ensuring all womenswear outfitting feels elevated, joyful and unmistakably Boden.
Create Additional Content to Inspire Customers & Sell the Womenswear Range
- Work with Product Marketing, Brand, Art Direction and Production to create additional content from our studio shoots, e.g. ways to wear on video, on camera styling sessions.
- Create styling notes for product marketing and ecommerce Trade.

- Strong experience in styling fashion shoots, e-commerce and campaign.
- Proven track record delivering style guides and creating structure to styling.
- Experience leading a team / freelance stylist.
- Creative flair / eye for detail
- Excellent style references.
- Ability to collaborate across creative disciplines to deliver.
