JOIN THE TEAM
We're looking for a passionate Studio Support Trainer who loves delivering exceptional facial workouts, creating outstanding client experiences and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our studios.
This is a unique hybrid role combining hands-on facial training with Front of House and operational studio support. You'll deliver FACEGYM's signature facial workouts, welcome and support clients, manage bookings, drive retail sales and rebookings, and step into a Studio Lead role when required.
As a Studio Support Trainer, you'll provide flexible coverage across our London studios, supporting the business during team absences, holidays, peak periods and other operational needs.
Your role will include supporting across our London locations, including Notting Hill, St John's Wood, Kings Road, Selfridges and Coal Drops Yard, when required.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver FACEGYM's signature facial workouts following successful completion of Bootcamp training
- Welcome clients and create an exceptional experience from arrival through to departure
- Build and maintain positive and long-lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Manage bookings, cancellations, walk-ins, client enquiries and check-ins using Zenoti
- Drive retail sales, rebookings, memberships and client retention
- Educate clients on FACEGYM products, services and memberships to maximise every commercial opportunity
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio, including Front of House responsibilities
- Support opening and closing procedures and act as a key holder when required
- Maintain exceptional hygiene, operational and brand standards across the studio
- Ensure treatment rooms, workstations, tools and equipment are clean, sanitised and presented to the highest standard
- Monitor stock levels and support with stock management and end-of-day reporting
- Handle client queries and concerns professionally, confidently and efficiently
- Step into a Studio Lead role when required to support the team and maintain smooth studio operations
- Provide flexible coverage across FACEGYM's London studios during team absences, holidays and peak periods
- Support Trainer and Front of House teams across multiple locations when required
- Represent FACEGYM at studio events, community activations and brand initiatives
- Support the wider studio team to ensure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly and efficiently

JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Must hold an NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
- Must be passionate about skincare, facial wellness, beauty and exceptional customer service
- Must have experience working within a beauty, spa, retail or customer-facing environment
- Must be confident delivering facial treatments and working in a client-facing Front of House environment
- Must be commercially aware and motivated by retail sales, rebooking, memberships and client retention
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible and willing to travel between FACEGYM studios when required
- Must be flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and rotating holidays
- Must be consistently punctual, reliable, adaptable and committed to assigned work commitments
- Must be able to successfully complete FACEGYM Bootcamp training and demonstrate competency across the full workout menu
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, including during consecutive workouts and 6–8 hour shifts
- Must demonstrate safe body mechanics and appropriate self-care techniques when delivering workouts
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and remaining calm under pressure
- Must be willing to support across multiple locations when necessary to further support and drive the business
