We're a creative business powered by brilliant people, and we believe the best work happens when people feel supported, connected, and inspired. Our Studio & Team Coordinator plays an important part in making that happen every single day. If you love variety, enjoy helping others, and take pride in creating a great experience for people, we'd love to hear from you.
At JKR, our people are at the heart of everything we do, and our Studio & Team Coordinator plays a huge part in creating an environment where they can do their best work.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making things happen behind the scenes. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, the person colleagues turn to when they need support, and someone who takes pride in creating an office that feels organised, welcoming, and full of energy.
No two days are the same. From greeting clients and coordinating travel to supporting leaders with day-to-day administration and helping deliver studio events, you'll enjoy variety and find satisfaction in making life a little easier for everyone around you.
You'll report into the Studio Manager and work closely with the EA to the C-Suite, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience while working alongside experienced colleagues who are there to support you.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
