Study Coordinator – Preston

Panthera is hiring! Come & join the team!

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Study Coordinator to join our team at our Preston Clinical Research Site.

This is a key site-based role and we are looking for an individual to join the team, taking study ownership, keeping studies on track and making sure the detail is right. You’ll work closely with clinical teams, monitors, vendors, and site colleagues to support the smooth delivery of clinical trials!

If you have experience working in clinical research and are confident managing study documentation, data, and competing priorities, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Study Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day management and successful delivery of studies at our York site. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of study trackers, timelines, enrolment, and overall study progress
  • Leading day-to-day study coordination and ensuring the site is ready for key study activities, including pre-randomisation
  • Coordinating communication between study teams, vendors, monitors, and site colleagues
  • Maintaining accurate and timely study documentation, including the Investigator Site File (ISF), study logs, and electronic data capture (EDC) systems
  • Completing accurate data entry and supporting timely query resolution
  • Preparing for and supporting CRA monitoring visits
  • Supporting safety reporting requirements, including Serious Adverse Events (SAEs)
  • Helping ensure studies are delivered in line with protocols, regulatory requirements, and site procedures

There may occasionally be a requirement to support other local Panthera sites.

What we are looking for

You’ll be someone who is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable taking responsibility for multiple study activities at once.

  • Previous experience in clinical research or a similar regulated environment
  • Experience coordinating clinical studies and maintaining study documentation
  • Strong data-entry skills with excellent attention to accuracy and deadlines
  • A good understanding of clinical trial documentation and regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues, monitors, and external partners
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and keep studies moving forward
