Luxury Styling Advisor

Up to £35,000 + Commission
Location: Knightsbridge
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are currently hiring for a high-performing Full-Time Stylist to join a lovely contemporary luxury women’s fashion brand located within an iconic Knightsbridge department store. If you are an ambitious fashion insider with a passion for clienteling, high-energy styling, and luxury service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevated Clienteling: Actively build, nurture, and maintain a personal client book, driving a minimum of 20% of monthly sales through proactive outreach, private styling appointments, and VIP events.
  • Sales Excellence: Consistently achieve personal targets and drive full-price sales while maintaining a key KPI standard (UPT > 2.0).
  • Brand & Concession Experience: Deliver standard-setting, highly personalized service aligned with world-class luxury department store expectations.
  • Visual Standards: Ensure visual merchandising, replenishment, and personal styling reflect the brand’s elevated contemporary aesthetic.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in luxury retail or contemporary fashion.
  • Background: Prior experience in a high-end department store environment (e.g., Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Selfridges, or similar) is strongly preferred.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to build a loyal client book, hit individual KPIs, and leverage modern CRM/clienteling tools.
  • Skillset: A strong passion for contemporary luxury fashion, excellent communication, and a results-driven, proactive mindset.
