We’re looking for full time Style Advisors to join our retail team based at our Oxford Street store.

Reporting to store managers we’ll need you to remain relevant with the latest trends and be the driving force behind delivering a “first-class” experience. You’ll be the ultimate brand ambassador and our clients will be your primary focus. You’ll inspire confidence whilst actively listen to our clients’ needs to provide considered product and styling options.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships through a personal approach. You’ll have a strong sense of personal style and must be enthusiastic luxury fashion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as the face of the store you’ll confidently greet, assist, and sell in a professional and consultative manner, championing our high-quality premium products at all available opportunities.
  • You’ll be a positive brand ambassador through your behaviour and personal presentation. You’ll take pride in adhering to dress code guidelines.
  • Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering “first-class service”. You’ll ensure to host clients in line with hospitality and interaction guidelines and techniques.
  • Ability to execute and achieve visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Advanced knowledge in “ready-to-wear “styling and wardrobe mastery. Enabling you to build basket and deliver the AOV targets whilst looking for opportunities to upsell or cross sell to your clients using appropriate sales techniques.
  • Continuously develop your personal knowledge on each piece of the collection looking at fit, fabric, function, trims, & trend
  • Develop a local and international client base, constantly seek to recruit, and develop your client network.
  • Honour store standards by treating the store as a showroom and respecting the product.
  • Build strong relationships with head office teams to encourage fluid communication.
  • Adhere to health and safety and anti-loss policy and prevention measures

  • 2-3 years’ experience in fashion, art, or hospitality with a proven track record in delivering a world class one-one client experience.
  • Fashion expert with advanced knowledge of the industry
  • Excellent personal presentation - a true Manière De Voir ambassador.
  • Strong communicator (fluent English)
  • Natural presence and hosting ability with inspirational and charismatic character
  • Strong work ethic, personal drive, and attention to detail.
