As a Stylist within our Enderby Photo Studio, you will be at the heart of the action, helping to deliver the high-quality imagery that our customers love.

This is a brilliant opportunity to take the next step in your fashion career by joining a large, fast-paced ecommerce team where your creativity will shine alongside NEXT’s photographic vision.

Working closely with your Senior Stylist and Creative Lead, you will specialise in both womenswear and menswear model-worn sets, ensuring every shot aligns perfectly with our brand. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and develop, and we’ll provide the collaborative environment you need to evolve your styling skills.

What You'll Take On

In this role, you will be a proactive member of the studio team, focusing on the following day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Build and style womenswear and menswear fashion outfits for model sets, ensuring a high level of technical fit awareness and quality. Do we need to add anything re on set and off set?
  • Research and inspire by staying ahead of new trends, street style, and competitor movements to bring fresh energy to every shoot.
  • Create visual guides such as styling and product mood boards that align with the creative direction of the business.
  • Organise and prepare styling wardrobes and sets to ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Communicate and collaborate with product coordination teams and senior staff to meet clear, achievable goals and maintain style guides.
  • Adapt and innovate by thinking outside the box on projects and remaining flexible to work across various NEXT or external studios when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
