Stylist

What’s the role about?

As our Stylist, you will support the delivery of styling across ecommerce, campaign and creative shoots, ensuring all imagery reflects the brand aesthetic and creative direction. Working closely with the Head Stylist, photographers and wider Studio team, you will help bring products to life through considered styling, strong attention to detail and a commercial eye.

This role is key in supporting shoot preparation, on-set styling and image selection, ensuring products are represented accurately and consistently across all creative channels.

This is a part-time position, requiring studio-based working three days per week. Core working days will typically be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, subject to business needs.

Who you are

  • Experience styling across ecommerce, campaign and/or creative shoots, with strong on-model styling skills.
  • Confident working directly with models on set, including dressing, adjusting and ensuring garments are fitted and styled correctly.
  • Excellent understanding of fit, proportion and garment presentation, including the ability to pin and adjust where required.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced studio environment, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working alongside photographers, stylists and wider studio teams.
  • Comfortable supporting castings and test shoots, with the ability to select appropriate product for models.
  • Impeccable fashion awareness with an understanding of brand aesthetics and current trends.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
