The Role

We are looking for an organised, efficient and commercially-oriented fashion stylist to join our London studio team. The successful candidate will be styling across both our women's and menswear sets, bringing strong creative ideas and lively flair to the team while remaining adaptable to our business needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute e-commerce photoshoots by styling an average of 60 samples per day and collaborating with our in-house and external creative teams.
  • Create inspiring and relevant outfit match-ups for diverse customer ranges, balancing trends with specific brand requirements.
  • Prepare their set, steaming and pulling clothing and accessories from our in-house wardrobe.
  • Source cost-efficient, seasonally relevant and on-trend styling items to be used across various photoshoots.
  • Train assistants and contractors on brand guidelines and specific photoshoot directions.
  • Support the Styling Manager and other senior team members with administrative duties such as budget control, data recording and reports.
  • Support the team with wardrobe maintenance and organisation alongside our Styling Assistant.
  • Develop style decks for clients that effectively communicate our creative vision.
  • Research emerging fashion trends and translate market insights into commercial styling outputs.
  • Provide cover for the Styling Assistant and other Stylists during their annual leaves and sickness.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a fashion brand or e-commerce photoshoot studio.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work seamlessly across different projects and teams.
  • Exceptional eye for detail with a proven ability to keep reshoot rate to an absolute minimum.
  • Willingness to support other styling team members across various duties when required.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your styling work across diverse demographics and categories.
  • A keen interest and knowledge of key industry womenswear and menswear trends.
  • Confident in creating presentations and reports using in-house software similar to Powerpoint/ Excel/ Word and Canva.
  • Capability to achieve daily on- and off-set targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow strict guidelines from multiple brands with different customer backgrounds.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
  • A highly professional, reliable team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently towards a common goal.
  • No specific degree required - we care about your personality, work ethic and talent first and foremost.
