Your Role

As a Stylist/Technician, you’ll deliver exceptional hairdressing services while creating an outstanding salon experience for every client.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering expert cutting, colouring, styling, and hair treatments
  • Conducting personalised consultations to create bespoke looks for every client
  • Building long-lasting client relationships and growing your personal column
  • Recommending professional products and treatments to support your clients’ hair goals
  • Maintaining the highest standards of customer care and professionalism
  • Working collaboratively with the salon team to create a positive atmosphere
  • Mentoring and supporting apprentices where appropriate
  • Representing the TONI&GUY brand with pride and professionalism

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has a minimum of 3 years’ salon floor experience
  • Is confident in cutting, colouring, and styling
  • Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Has excellent communication and consultation skills
  • Is organised and confident managing a busy column
  • Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Is committed to continuous learning and professional development
  • Wants to build a long-term career with TONI&GUY
