We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to join a major long-term infrastructure project in the Dundee area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a significant development project at early stages, with involvement from pre-construction planning through to delivery on site. The project has an anticipated duration of approximately 30 months and includes a wide range of civil engineering works.
Project Scope
Works Will Include
- Bulk earthworks
- Construction of a control building
- Concrete works
- Drainage and ducting installations
- Associated infrastructure works

The Role
The successful candidate will support the planning and delivery of the project, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification. This role will suit an individual with strong civil engineering experience and a proactive approach to project delivery.
Requirements
Candidates should ideally have:
- Previous experience working as a Sub Agent within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of earthworks and highway specifications
- Experience delivering control buildings or similar infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of utility or energy sector projects would be advantageous
- Previous experience working on projects for major power or utility providers is preferred but not essential
