Sub Agent - Airside Civils & Infrastructure

Location: Heathrow Airport, London

Sector: Aviation / Airside Infrastructure / Civil Engineering

Role: Sub Agent

Project: Major Airside Infrastructure Programme

The Role

Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to support the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure works within a live airport environment. The successful candidate will work as part of the delivery team, taking responsibility for sections of work across airside roads, pavements, and associated civil engineering infrastructure. This is a delivery-focused position requiring a strong civil engineering background and the ability to coordinate engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and supply-chain partners in a highly controlled, safety-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of allocated sections of the project.
  • Coordinate works across airside roads, pavements, and associated civils packages.
  • Manage Site Engineers, Section Engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely and in accordance with programme, design, and quality requirements.
  • Review and manage RAMS, ITPs, permits, temporary works, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor resources.
  • Monitor progress against programme and provide regular updates to the Site Agent/Project Manager.
  • Liaise with designers, commercial teams, planners, and other project stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve engineering and construction issues.
  • Ensure compliance with project HSEQ procedures and airport-specific requirements.
  • Manage interfaces between different work packages within a live operational environment.
  • Support short-term planning, look-ahead programmes, and sequencing of works.
  • Maintain accurate site records and support handover and completion documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
