We are looking for a proactive and organised Sub-contractor Co-Ordinator to join our TCH Repairs team. This is a fast-paced role where you will play a key part in ensuring repairs, maintenance and project works are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Acting as a central point of contact for subcontractors, operational teams and residents, you will help us provide an excellent customer experience while supporting the achievement of contractual performance targets and service standards.

What You’ll Do
As a Repairs Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Allocating and scheduling works to our supply chain partners
- Ensuring the right contractors are assigned to the right jobs with all the information they need to deliver successfully
- Monitoring work order updates
- Managing subcontractor communications
- Supporting scaffolding requests and repairs
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
