Financial Management

• Manage operational budgets across the portfolio, ensuring financial performance aligns with targets.
• Support budget preparation, forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting activities.
• Monitor supplier costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure accurate purchase order management and invoice approval processes.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Promote a strong health, safety, security, and compliance culture across all locations.
• Ensure all sites operate in full compliance with relevant UK and local Benelux regulations, JLL policies, and client requirements.
• Manage risk assessments, audits, incident reporting, and corrective actions.
• Support business continuity planning and emergency response procedures.

People Management

• Provide direct line management, leadership, coaching, and development for JLL site-based teams.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.
• Ensure appropriate staffing structures and resource planning are maintained across the portfolio.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of integrated facilities management, including both hard and soft services.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Sound understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing multiple sites within a regional or sub-regional portfolio.
• Strong leadership and people management capability.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and FM/CAFM systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in a Facilities Management role within a multi-site corporate environment.
• Experience managing both hard and soft FM services.
• Previous responsibility for financial management and budget control.
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and service partners.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing and stakeholder management roles.
• IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH qualification preferred.
• Membership of BIFM/IWFM or equivalent professional body desirable.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required across the portfolio.
