The purpose of the Regional Head of Property Management role is to ensure the optimal, effective, and efficient operation of assigned areas of Real Estate Units. This includes overseeing multiple Property Managers and their portfolios within a specific regional area, aligning property management strategies with company goals, and ensuring optimal performance across the geographical region.

How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, develop schedules, and determine resource requirements
  • Monitor and report on project status, ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Identify and resolve obstacles to project completion
  • Ensure effective operational performance of properties and RE operations aligned with company objectives
  • Define and implement local maintenance strategies based on functional requirements and asset value protection
  • Manage and Control Maintenance Measures and Costs
  • Define and monitor repair, maintenance, and modernization measures
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and RE policies
  • Identify potential risks affecting properties and operations, implementing strategies to mitigate them
  • Support RE projects for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Support Improvement and Innovation
  • Implement sustainability practices within the real estate portfolio
  • Collaborate with the Digital Acceleration team to develop and utilize property management software
  • Manage subcontractors for FM, FS, and security services, ensuring compliance with SLAs
  • Local Stakeholder Management
  • Align local needs with overall SE business goals and RE standards
  • Provide data for financial reporting and ensure data quality
  • Manage and control the budget for the regional area, implementing cost efficiencies

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in Corporate Real Estate or Facility Management
  • Five to eight years in CRE Management, particularly in property and/or facility management
  • In-depth knowledge of property management principles
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Familiarity with real estate technology solutions
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing diverse teams
  • Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders
