We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Subcontract Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Management team.
About The Role
This is a permanent position supporting the management and administration of subcontractor activities across the 2Excel Group.
The role’s key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting subcontractor selection, due diligence reviews, and onboarding processes.
- Maintaining approved subcontractor records and commercial documentation.
- Administering subcontract documentation and tracking milestones and deadlines.
- Monitoring subcontractor performance and supporting audits and reviews.
- Maintaining subcontract registers with Procurement.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring deliverables and escalating risks or delays.
- Tracking invoices and budget usage.
- Preparing reports and management information.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Understanding of subcontracting procedures.
- Experience administering contracts and subcontracts.
- Knowledge of procurement and tendering processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good IT skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills
- Experience within aerospace, aviation, defence, or regulated industries.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- CIPS qualification or equivalent.
