Salary: £26,500 - £28,000
Hours: 40 hours per week

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractor maintenance and reactive visits to client sites.
- Manage and update ECG’s CAFM system, Corrigo
- Manage and update a range of client driven CAFM systems, such as eLogbook’s, Maistro,
- Respond to client enquiries and provide excellent customer services.
- Ensure compliance with client driven SLA’s and KPI’s
- Work effectively and efficiently in fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Knowledge & Understanding
- Knowledge/use of CAFM systems such as eLogbooks, Maistro, Concerto.
- Previous experience in a similar role – coordination of subcontractor work activities.
- Previous experience/knowledge of the Facilities Management/Building Services Industry.
- Facilities Management Helpdesk Experience.
- Working knowledge of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and via email.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software; Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook etc.
- Highly detailed.
- Excellence in Customer Services.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritising key tasks.
- Team player – essential to be able to integrate into a close-knit team.
