Opportunity: Contractor Soft Furnishings Installers (London)
Partner with John Lewis & Partners to deliver excellence in every home.

Are you a skilled installer of Curtains, Poles, Tracks, and Blinds? We are seeking professional Contractors to join our London-based installation team to provide a market-leading experience for our customers. As the final touchpoint in the customer journey, your expertise and service are paramount to our success.

The Role

You will be responsible for representing the John Lewis brand in customers' homes, ensuring a "Right First Time" installation that exceeds expectations.

  • Logistics: Collect products and required paperwork from local John Lewis Buildings across the UK before heading to scheduled installations.
  • Installation: Expertly install a range of products, including Tracks, Poles, Curtains, and Blinds associated with John Lewis soft furnishings.
  • Customer Excellence: Deliver high-quality installations while engaging and delighting customers with exceptional service.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with our internal admin teams and branch stock management partners to ensure a seamless operation.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following:

  • Insurance: Public Liability insurance with a minimum cover of £2 million.
  • Compliance: A recent Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Equipment: A suitable vehicle for the size and type of goods to be carried, along with your own professional tools.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confidence in using IT systems to receive work schedules, communicate with the admin office, and submit invoices.
  • Customer Service: Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to representing the brand professionally.
