Description
Join OCU Group's growing Finance team as a Subcontractor Payments Senior, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and compliant processing of subcontractor payments. Supporting the Subcontractor Payments Manager, you'll help coordinate day-to-day team activities, provide technical guidance on CIS and payment processes, and drive continuous improvements across the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee payment applications, invoices, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
- Support colleagues, resolving complex queries.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- Strong experience in subcontractor payments, accounts payable, or purchase ledger environments.
- In-depth knowledge of CIS and Domestic Reverse Charge VAT regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex payment processes, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Strong Excel and finance systems experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and support team performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, Payapps, or mentoring team members would be advantageous.
