WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
As part of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative projects in the Space, Navigation, and Defence sectors. Working closely with senior project leadership, you'll help drive programmes from concept to completion, ensuring successful delivery every step of the way. Tasks will include:
- Coordinate and manage international programme throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Support the definition of project structures, contractual frameworks, and strategic work plans.
- Monitor and control key programme metrics, including schedules, risks, deliverables, compliance, payments, and contractual commitments.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are effectively translated into project execution and to support major technical reviews, from design through to validation.
- Lead the organisation and participation of project reviews, progress meetings, audits, and technical workshops with customers, partners, and subcontractors

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- MSc in Engineering or Sciences with background and interest in Space or similar projects.
- Professional experience in project support, project coordination, PMO activities, project administration, or project control.
- Experience supporting projects, ideally in international and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Good understanding of project management fundamentals, including planning, reporting, risk follow-up, deliverables tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proven experience on project and/or technical management with experience in Systems/SW Engineering methodologies and standards.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management, customers, consortium partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience on Space Ground Control or Navigation projects or similar.
You'll stand out if you bring experience or expertise in any of the following areas:
- Experience in the space, defence, or other highly regulated engineering sectors.
- Experience in international projects.
- Experience with document management and/or configuration management support.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German.
- Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent will be considered an asset.
This role will require frequent short travel, estimated in average one or two travels per month (1-3 days each). Depending on workplace this could raise to weekly travel (1-3 days each).
