Subcontractors Wanted - Void Property Internal Works
We're carrying out internal works on many void properties for councils, and we're growing quickly - we've got more coming in than we can currently cover.
We're looking for established subcontractors with their own skilled teams to take this work on.
The Work:
- Kitchens - strip out and full fit
- Bathrooms - strip out and full suite install, tiling
- Painting and decorating
- Carpentry - doors, frames, skirtings, etc
- Plastering and patching
- Flooring
- Clearance and waste removal, left clean and ready to let
