About the role:

We are looking for a Customer Specialist/Subject Matter Expert with an audiology background to help us maintain our hospital software solution Auditbase for audiology in the UK and Republic of Ireland, which has more than 600 clinics on the system and more than 6000 users. This customer group requires continuous training and introduction to new functions and features. You will act as a trainer but also presales contact to ensure high satisfaction rates.

You will focus on building long-term relationships with our customers – both users, instructors, and others. You will utilize your background in audiology to significantly enhance user competency and satisfaction with Auditbase. As a guide to our customers, you will be a critical component of our maintenance and expansion.

This is an opportunity to leverage your experience in the hearing care industry, and embark on a new and exciting career opportunity delivering value as a subject matter expert across Presales, Business Development, and customer-focused audiological IT.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive Product Training to ensure clients are proficient with Auditbase.
  • Build and maintain strong Customer Relationships, understanding their needs and proactively addressing any issues.
  • Improve the Product Onboarding Experience with a responsive customer feedback loop to business development.
  • Develop and enhance a robust E-Learning Strategy to maximize the value of our products for customers and partners.
  • Facilitate customer requests for standard and bespoke reporting.
  • Be instrumental in communication with regional audiology groups.
