About the Role;
As a Submissions Co-Ordinator, you will support our Midlands work-winning team in producing high-quality tender submissions, presentations and marketing materials that help secure future projects. Working closely with Bid Managers, Pre-construction and Business Development teams, you'll coordinate information, manage deadlines and create professional, visually engaging documents that showcase Morgan Sindall's expertise.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining organisation with creativity. Using Adobe Creative Suite and emerging digital technologies, you'll help transform ideas into compelling submissions, presentations and visual communications that set us apart from the competition.

About You;
You will be highly organised, proactive and creative, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. You'll have experience producing professional documents and presentations and be confident using Adobe InDesign, with an eye for layout, branding and visual storytelling. Experience within construction, bids, marketing or business development would be advantageous.
We are looking for someone who enjoys learning, embraces new technology and is excited by the opportunity to use AI-powered tools to improve productivity, content development and knowledge sharing. Above all, you'll be a collaborative team player who takes pride in producing high-quality work and helping the wider team win new business.
A full UK driving licence is essential
