Job Description
We are looking for a Subscription & Growth Lead to take end-to-end commercial ownership of GolfPass across our International markets.
This is a key role focused on driving the commercial performance and continued evolution of GolfPass, bringing together Product, Marketing, Operations, Support, and Finance to grow membership, engagement, retention, and recurring revenue.
You will set the strategy, identify the highest-impact growth opportunities, and mobilize cross-functional teams to continually improve the member proposition and subscription performance. Combining strong commercial judgment with customer insight and an understanding of subscription economics, you will turn opportunities into clear priorities and measurable outcomes across multiple markets.
This is an ownership-led, hands-on role. You will be accountable for GolfPass International’s commercial outcomes, using data and insight to set priorities, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives forward. You will work closely with specialist teams across Product, Marketing/CRM, Operations, Support, and Finance, while taking on direct analysis and execution where needed to deliver results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
