Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Agentforce is Salesforce's platform for building and deploying autonomous AI agents that take action across sales, service, and marketing. These agents rely on trusted, unified data to make real-time, context-aware decisions, which is where Data360 comes in. A working knowledge of how Data360 fuels Agentforce (grounding, harmonized customer data, real-time signals) is valuable in this role, even though the core focus is agent architecture, design, and deployment.

- Run playbooks aligned with our Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of Agentforce customers
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth
- Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing
Your Impact
As an Agentforce Success Architect, you will have a significant impact on our customers' success and the growth of our organisation. Your expertise and guidance will directly influence the technical architecture, performance optimisation, and solution design strategies for our strategic customers, ensuring their success in leveraging Agentforce powerful capabilities. By driving customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional value, you will contribute to the overall growth and reputation of Salesforce as a leader in the industry.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
