Job Title: Success Coach
Location: Great Yarmouth Campus
Hours: 37 Hours
Contract: Permanent - Full Time
Salary: Band G (£26,114.55 - £26,860.68 FTE)
To deliver 1-1 tutorials and facilitate the Personal Development curriculum. Support students within the curriculum areas who may struggle whilst at college to ensure they are able to access learning and make progress. You will motivate, inspire, support and encourage students to achieve the best they can, contributing to a culture of high expectations. Liaise with Course Leaders, Head of Departments and other support departments including finance, careers, safeguarding, wellbeing and additional learning support, using interventions for any students who need support.
Key needs from you and the role:
- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, tutorials, and assessments, embedding English and maths, managing online learning content, and supporting student achievement and progression.
- Monitor and review student progress through action planning, tutorials, inductions, careers guidance, and targeted interventions for learners identified as at risk or requiring additional support.
- Organise and develop courses by managing enrolment, assessments, quality assurance, attendance, learner records, curriculum improvement, employer engagement, and stakeholder communication.
- Promote safeguarding, equality, wellbeing, and positive student behaviour while building strong partnerships, supporting apprentices and learners, and contributing to college-wide activities and continuous improvement.
