Company Description

GrowthNation is an “agentic transformation layer” that helps organizations turn their teams’ proprietary knowledge into production-ready AI agents they fully own. By interviewing teams and capturing their repeatable workflows, GrowthNation builds centrally served agents so institutional IP remains within the business. These agents deliver measurable impact from the first month, enabling boards to see hours saved, leaders to understand performance gains, and teams to offload busywork. Rather than a traditional consulting engagement or simple chatbot, GrowthNation provides an operating system that makes every team AI-native in weeks, not years.

Role Description

The Success Engineer is a full-time, remote role focused on ensuring customers successfully adopt and derive measurable value from GrowthNation’s agentic platform. This role involves working directly with client teams to understand their workflows, translate business processes into technical requirements, and support the configuration and deployment of AI agents into production environments. The Success Engineer collaborates with product, engineering, and customer success colleagues to troubleshoot issues, optimize agent performance, and provide clear, actionable guidance to non-technical stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
