Netflix

Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

The Team

Content and Business Product Success uniquely sits between the teams developing the software products for Netflix Studio and the Studio employees & external partners who utilize these products. We are a Success Team that actively engages cross-functional teams daily to drive change management, lead user education, support go-to-market launch campaigns, positively influence product adoption, and partner in closing feedback loops with end-users, stakeholders, and Product teams.

The Role

The Content & Business Product Success Manager (SM) is a trusted advisor for building relationships, designing and delivering tailored learning experiences for end users, driving product adoption, and enhancing their engagement with Netflix-built apps. We are responsible for developing user communication & education strategies and implementing blended, scalable learning solutions. SMs foster relationships with specific user groups across various business functions, gather & interpret product feedback, and provide actionable insights into how products are received for our Product partners who manage roadmaps.

This role is UK-focused, but success requires global thinking and proactive collaboration across regions to support users worldwide.

The role is based in our London office on a hybrid basis, with flexibility to work remotely. Occasional travel might be required.

Responsibilities

Design – Create & Build

  • Design and deliver scalable, blended learning experiences (e.g., instructor-led training, documentation, and digital content) that translate complex business workflows into clear, user-friendly content, tailored to a global audience and aligned with product go-to-market strategies
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive library of learning resources and subject matter materials across a portfolio of products
  • Develop and execute innovative communication and learning strategies that drive user engagement, product adoption, and overall user success, while serving as a strong user advocate within the Product & Technology organization

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
