Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant - SC Cleared on a Remote basis for an initial 6 month contract.

Job Spec:
- Hands-on experience in SAP SF Compensation & Variable Pay
- Strong understanding of compensation and Variable Pay processes.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work directly with client users.
- Knowledge of SF EC; prior experience in support is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Compensation & Variable Pay module.
- Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with HR and integration teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of compensation cycles.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, and Total Compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and workflows.
- Design and manage bonus plans, proration logic, and business goal mapping for incentive programs.
- Configure compensation worksheets, statements, and executive review processes.
- Template Provisioning – Advanced configuration of Compensation and Variable Pay templates via Provisioning.
- Route Maps – Designing workflow approval steps for compensation cycles.
- Rating Sources – Linking performance management forms and objective schemas to compensation.
- Eligibility Rules – Building business rules to filter employee inclusion.
- Guideline Matrix – Setting up matrices based on performance, country, and ratio.
- Custom Fields – Creating calculated columns using conditional logic (IF/THEN/ELSE).
- Comp Functions – Utilizing functions like toNumber, lookup, and date formulas.
- Currency Conversion – Managing multi-currency tables and conversion rate dates.
- Budgeting Logic – Designing budget groups based on custom roll-up hierarchies.
