SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our growing team and support the design, configuration, implementation, testing and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
We welcome applications from experienced SAP SuccessFactors professionals as well as candidates who may not currently have experience across every area listed below but have relevant SAP, HR systems, payroll, time management, integration or implementation experience and demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, functional consultants and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Participate in workshops, business process mapping and solution-design activities.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on agreed business requirements.
- Support new implementations, system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare functional, configuration, process and technical documentation.
- Perform system configuration, unit testing, integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyse system issues, troubleshoot problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, payroll and other enterprise systems.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Time Management, Integration and technical teams to ensure successful end-to-end processes.
- Support data migration, data validation and system-testing activities where required.
- Assist with SuccessFactors releases, upgrades, regression testing and system changes.
- Deliver knowledge transfer, user support and post-go-live assistance.
- Maintain appropriate project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system functionality.
- Ensure solutions follow SAP SuccessFactors best practices and agreed project standards.

SuccessFactors Experience
Practical experience in one or more of the following areas would be beneficial:
- Employee Central
- Employee Central Time Management / Time Off
- Employee Central Payroll
- Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Learning
- Performance & Goals
- Compensation
- SAP SuccessFactors integrations
Experience across multiple modules would be advantageous but is not essential.
Candidates with strong experience in related SAP, HRIS, payroll, workforce management or enterprise-system environments who are willing to develop their SAP SuccessFactors knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Essential Skills
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP, HR systems, payroll systems or a comparable enterprise application.
- Good understanding of HR business processes and HR technology.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into system or process solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with system testing, functional testing or UAT support.
- Ability to prepare clear functional, process and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
- Ability and willingness to learn new SAP SuccessFactors modules, technologies and business processes.

What We Are Looking For
We understand that SAP SuccessFactors covers a broad range of modules and technologies, and we do not expect every candidate to match every requirement listed above.
If you have experience in some of these areas, a strong understanding of SAP or HR technology, and are motivated to learn and develop within SAP SuccessFactors, we would still be interested in hearing from you.
We particularly value candidates who are:
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working across different functional and technical areas.
- Able to adapt to new modules and project requirements.
- Good at collaborating with consultants, developers, project managers and business stakeholders.
- Interested in developing broader end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors expertise.
SAP SuccessFactors certification would be advantageous but is not mandatory where the candidate can demonstrate relevant practical experience and a willingness to develop further.
