SuccessFactors PMGM Interim Consultant
I am working with a London-based client (but role is remote) who are looking for a SuccessFactors PMGM interim Consultant. In this role you need to lead discovery, requirements, config, test and deploy. Likely duration is circa 6 months and will be outside IR35.
My client requires an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to support the Design phase of a global rollout beginning ASAP. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and configuring scalable performance management processes across multiple geographies.

Essential Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification
- Minimum 5-6 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Deep PMGM configuration expertise
- Experience configuring:
- Goal Plans
- Performance Forms
- Route Maps
- Competencies
- Performance Workflows
- Strong workshop facilitation and business analysis skills
- Experience producing functional design documentation and workbooks
- Demonstrated experience balancing global design principles with local business needs
Required Lifecycle Experience
Must have delivered projects covering:
- Discovery
- Requirements Gathering
- Design
- Configuration
- SIT
- UAT
- Deployment
- Go-Live
- Hypercare

Key Responsibilities
- Lead PMGM design workshops from December 2026
- Gather and document business requirements
- Develop global PMGM design standards
- Configure PMGM solutions
- Support testing and deployment activities
- Drive process standardisation and adoption
- Ensure local requirements are appropriately accommodated
- Support hypercare following deployment
