Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Global SuccessFactors Project and Functional Lead to drive and deliver a strategic global SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme. The successful candidate must combine strong project leadership with practical experience in the implementation and support of multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, enabling the harmonization, standardization, and consolidation of HR systems across all business units and geographies.
Reporting to the Head of HR Technology, this individual contributor role will serve as the overall project lead, partnering closely with HR, IT, business leaders, system integrators, vendors, and regional stakeholders to manage large-scale HR digital transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation, deployment, and stabilization.
The ideal candidate brings proven project management discipline, hands-on SuccessFactors module experience, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a passion for leveraging data, analytics, and AI to drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
Global HRIS Transformation Lead
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the global SAP SuccessFactors project.
- Drive the consolidation of HRIS platforms into a single global SuccessFactors landscape.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and governance structures.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives, transformation roadmap, and organizational priorities.
- Establish robust project governance, steering committees, and executive reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate activities across HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, Legal, and external implementation partners.

HR Process Harmonization & Standardization
- Partner with global HR stakeholders to harmonize HR processes and policies across regions.
- Drive adoption of leading practices while balancing local regulatory and business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to achieve global process alignment.
- Manage process redesign initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
SuccessFactors Solution Leadership
- Provide functional, technical, and strategic guidance across multiple SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession, People Analytics, EC-Time Off, Time Tracking, EC Payroll and related integration areas.
- Collaborate with implementation partners on solution architecture, design decisions, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure optimal utilization of SuccessFactors functionalities and innovation opportunities.
- Lead and support module implementation, enhancement, stabilization, and ongoing support activities across the SuccessFactors suite, ensuring solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with global design principles.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Manage senior stakeholder expectations and secure executive sponsorship.
- Co-develop communication and change management strategies with Corporate Communication and internal communication team to maximize adoption.
- Work closely with HR business leaders and regional teams to ensure readiness for deployment.
- Drive issue resolution and facilitate decision-making across complex stakeholder groups.

Vendor Management
- Manage system integrators, consulting partners, and software vendors.
- Review and govern project deliverables, solution quality, and contractual commitments.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and post-implementation optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree is advantageous.
Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM) certification is advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience leading large-scale HR technology or enterprise transformation projects.
- Proven track record leading global or multi-country SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing and/or supporting multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, preferably including Employee Central and two or more modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession, People Analytics (Stories, People Intelligence), EC-Time Off, Time Tracking, EC Payroll.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams comprising HR, IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and external consulting partners.
- Experience managing project budgets, project governance, risks, issues, and executive steering committees.
- Hands-on experience in HRIS transformation, system consolidation, process harmonization, and change management initiatives.
