Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of business system implementation projects, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors or similar business system implementations, managing scope, timeline, budget, and risks
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams (10–50 members), including functional, technical, and strategy consultants
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and high client satisfaction
- Drive project governance, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Collaborate with internal leadership to support practice growth, talent development, go-to-market initiatives, and continuous improvement of delivery methods
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Minimum 6+ years of overall professional experience
- Proven experience managing business system implementations (e.g., ERP, HCM, or similar platforms)
- Demonstrated experience managing projects with a value of at least $1.5M
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a consulting or client-facing environment
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days per week based on client needs

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations or experience with other cloud-based HR systems (e.g., SAP ECC, Workday, UKG/Kronos, Workforce Software)
- Previous experience working on HR or talent transformation-related projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience working in a consulting environment with large enterprise clients
- Bilingualism (English and French or Spanish) or additional languages considered an asset
