We’re looking for a HR Systems Specialist to support and enhance our SAP SuccessFactors platform, helping deliver a seamless employee experience across Pilgrim’s Europe.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Tier 2 support for SuccessFactors and HR systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data integrity
- Configure workflows, permissions, organisational structures and system settings
- Support testing, system updates and business change initiatives
- Manage data uploads, reporting and compliance activities
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and business teams to improve processes and user experience

What You’ll Bring

- Experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or a similar HRIS
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and Excel skills
- Experience with system configuration, security roles and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
