Job Title
Guest Experience Specialist
Responsibilities
Deliver warm, professional and attentive service to all suite guests
- Anticipate needs, handle requests and resolve issues quickly and confidently.
Suite Service & Standards
- Set up, serve and clear suites to a consistently high standard.
- Ensure suites are clean, well-presented and fully stocked throughout service.
Eventday Service
- Lead service in your suite during matchdays and events, maintaining pace and quality in busy periods.
- Coordinate with bar, kitchen and floor teams to ensure timely food and drink delivery.
Teamwork & Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for guests in your suite and communicate feedback to supervisors.
- Support and guide junior team members, leading by example on service and standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Server or similar role in a premium or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong track record of delivering exceptional guest service and managing a section independently.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable manner.
- Ability to lead service in your area, support junior team members and maintain standards under pressure.
- High attention to detail in presentation, cleanliness and overall guest experience.
- Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends and event days as required.
Desirable
- Experience in suites, stadium, arena or VIP hospitality environments.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine, cocktails or premium dining.
- Experience handling VIP guests or corporate clients.
- Familiarity with POS or ordering systems used in hospitality operations.
