About Fertilia AI
Fertilia AI is building a fertility platform for patients and clinics, founded from lived patient experience and backed by clinicians.
Our mission is to bring greater clarity and transparency to fertility by helping people make sense of fragmented health information and better understand their fertility journey.
We are an early-stage, pre-seed company currently raising investment, and we're looking for an ambitious student or recent graduate to work directly with the founders for four weeks.
The Role
This isn't a simulated internship project. You'll be contributing to real work that feeds directly into an active fundraise and our early commercial growth.
You'll work alongside the founders on areas including:
- Clinical and commercial sales outreach
- Fundraising support and investor pipeline development
- Researching and facilitating warm introductions
- CRM and pipeline management
- Grant and accelerator applications
- Market and competitor research
- Other priorities that come with building an early-stage healthtech company

Both founders have proven entrepreneurial backgrounds and experience building and growing businesses.
What we're looking for
We're open to students and recent graduates from business, commerce, STEM, health, life sciences or related backgrounds. Your degree matters less to us than your initiative, commercial instinct, coachability and genuine interest in healthcare and startups.
You'll ideally be someone who:
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is comfortable conducting research and turning it into action
- Is organised and able to work independently
- Is proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Is comfortable learning quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Takes confidentiality and sensitive health information seriously

What you'll get

Strong performers may be considered for an extended or paid opportunity depending on where we are with the fundraise. That's a genuine possibility, not a promise.
Duration: 4-8 weeks
Commitment: 3–4 half-days per week
Location: Flexible, remote or in person near Charing Cross, London
Start: Immediate
Compensation: Unpaid
