Where little moments make big futures.

Be part of a team that helps children discover the world around them through play, creativity, and hands-on experiences. You’ll work in a welcoming, supportive environment where your ideas are heard, your professional development is supported, and your work truly makes an impact.

We’re excited to offer multiple bank staff opportunities across our settings in East and West Sussex. These roles are ideal for anyone looking to gain valuable experience in a childcare setting and be part of a friendly, dedicated team.

We would ideally be looking for someone with good availability over the term time across the week.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will:

  • Support the nursery team in providing high-quality care and early education for young children.
  • Work alongside experienced staff, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
  • Assist in following the EYFS framework to support children’s individual development.
  • Contribute to building positive relationships with families and colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
