What are you going to do:
For a family of four. Two adults and two children - looking for someone to help us with our weekly meal prep every Sunday.
The role is to prepare around five healthy, high-protein family dinners that we can eat throughout the week.
We’ll plan the meals together, so you won’t be expected to come up with everything yourself, although we’d love someone who is happy to suggest meal ideas too.
We can arrange for all of the ingredients to be delivered to the house on Saturday evening, so everything will be ready for you when you arrive on Sunday.
You’ll be responsible for cooking the meals, portioning them into containers, labelling them where needed and storing them appropriately in the fridge or freezer. We’d also expect the kitchen to be left clean and tidy afterwards.
You definitely don’t need to be a professional chef. We’re mainly looking for someone who is a confident and capable home cook, enjoys cooking, is organised and is comfortable preparing several meals at once.

Location: Burnham / Slough
Hours: Approximately 4–6 hours every Sunday. We’re flexible on the exact start and finish time.
Pay: £15–£20 per hour depending on experience.

All ingredients will be provided, usually via a grocery delivery before you arrive.
No professional cooking qualifications are required. Experience cooking regularly at home, meal prepping or working in a kitchen would all be useful.
