Heckfield Place is a beautifully restored hotel set within 400 acres of Hampshire countryside, just outside London. The Sun Room sits within The Bothy, our spa and wellbeing space, offering guests a relaxed dining experience that complements their wellbeing journey. Working closely with the Bothy and Food & Beverage teams, the Sunroom Attendant plays an important role in creating a calm, welcoming and memorable experience that reflects the values and standards of Heckfield Place.
Front of House is currently looking for a Sunroom Attendant to join our Food & Beverage Team.
Position Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and confident food and beverage service throughout the guest journey.
- Prepare the Sun Room for service, including mise en place, presentation, cleanliness, and stock readiness.
- Prepare and serve food, beverages, teas, coffees, and juices in line with brand, quality, and food safety standards.
- Maintain excellent menu, product, and allergen knowledge to confidently support guests.
- Ensure accurate, timely service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Respond professionally to guest feedback and support wider Bothy and hotel operations as required.
