About the Role

Are you:

  • Really confident with delivering sales coaching to sales executives and sales leadership teams in franchised car dealerships
  • Comfortable with the responsibility of effectively handling the day-to-day demands of 80-100 franchised and non-franchised dealerships and associated sales growth expectations.
  • Experienced in preparing data for and delivering Quarterly review meetings with Group F & I Managers and dealership leadership teams
