Our Special Projects team is currently seeking a qualified Site Superintendent to join their team in Ajax, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Be the "go to" person for all site employees and subcontractors
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor performance to ensure the best quality and maintain project timelines
- Champion of on-site workplace safety
- Communicate all delays, issues, and updates to the management team
- Take the lead on productivity issues and monitor work performance and efficiency of employees and subcontractors to ensure project plans and schedules are followed
Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years of site supervision experience (or similar)
- Technical trade diploma, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of construction, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, drawings, specifications and other documents
- Sense of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Excellent communication skills and a "get 'er done" attitude
- Ability to travel a must

Expected Compensation
$100,000-125,000
