Overview
Our corporate and acquisition finance team operates as a fully integrated global practice acting for banks, sponsors, corporates, credit funds and alternative lenders on some of the most complex, challenging and innovative transactions worldwide. Our award-winning team has a particular focus on data centres and digital infrastructure, alongside a broad range of acquisition and event-driven financings, investment grade loans, working capital facilities, asset backed and receivables financings and trade financings as well as general corporate treasury matters.

The attributes we’ll be looking for in the person that joins us are of course good academics but also a real interest in business and commerce. You’ll have strong transactional and corporate / acquisition finance experience gained from working in an international or leading UK firm, ideally with experience or an interest in data centres, digital infrastructure or other technology-enabled infrastructure assets. Main Duties & Responsibilities
We have an ambitious strategy to grow our Corporate and Acquisition Finance offering across both our banking and corporate teams, with a focus on data centres and digital infrastructure, and we are now looking for clever, ambitious and commercially minded senior associates (3+ PQE) with specialist mid-market corporate / acquisition finance experience to join our growing banking team.

The successful candidate will work as part of our full service team of partners, associates, trainees and paralegals on complex and innovative transactions for our national and international client base.
Candidates will have a good range of both transactional and general banking experience, ideally gained from working within an international or leading regional firm, and an interest in advising clients active in data centres, digital infrastructure and related growth sectors.
Person specification
- Excellent academics.
- Applicants will ideally have at least 3 PQE, which will have been gained at another international or leading regional firm.
- Strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development.
- Commercially driven.
- Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
- Flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours on occasion as required.
