Senior Supervising Social Worker
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £37,658 – £44,658 + £1,200 car allowance
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid / predominantly home based
NonStop Consulting is working with a well-established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating to recruit a Senior Supervising Social Worker to join their service in West Yorkshire.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Social Worker looking to develop their career within fostering. The role is predominantly home based, allowing you to manage your own diary, with visits to foster families across West Yorkshire and an office base in Bradford.

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 13 fostering families.
- Provide ongoing supervision, support, and guidance to foster carers.
- Build positive relationships with foster carers, children, and young people.

- Salary of £37,658 – £44,658.
- £1,200 annual car allowance.
- 55p per mile mileage allowance.

Requirements
- Social Work England registration.
- Previous experience within fostering and/or Children’s Social Care, such as a Looked After Children team.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.
