Supervising Social Worker – Fostering (Permanent)
Location: North West London (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Pro Social Partners are proud to be working in partnership with Regional Fostering, an independent fostering agency, to recruit a Supervising Social Worker for their North West London service.
Regional Fostering is a growing independent agency that keeps caseloads deliberately manageable so supervising social workers can build genuine, long-term relationships with their carers and the children they look after.

The Role
As a Supervising Social Worker, You Will
- Supervise, support, and develop a caseload of foster carers, ensuring children are safe and thriving in placement.
- Complete high-quality supervisory visits, unannounced visits, and annual reviews.
- Support carers through assessment, matching, placement stability, and moments of challenge.
- Contribute to carer recruitment, Form F assessments, and panel preparation.
- Work closely with placing authorities, schools, and health partners around each child.
About You
You will be a committed practitioner with:
- A recognised Social Work qualification and current Social Work England registration.
- Experience in fostering, children's social care, or family placement work.
- Strong relationship-building, assessment, and written skills.
- A genuine commitment to supporting carers to provide stable, nurturing homes.
