CONTINUITY AND PRODUCTION ACCURACY

• Maintain accurate records of set layouts, dressing changes, turnaround requirements, and storage locations, working closely with the Design Department, CAD Archivist, and Props & Settings Manager.
• Monitor continuity requirements, ensuring props, consumables, and replacement items are available, escalating issues where required, and communicating approved changes to relevant departments and crew.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE

• Lead safe turnaround operations in line with production health and safety procedures, risk assessments, and departmental guidance, ensuring workspaces, access routes, and equipment are maintained to the highest safety standards.
• Promote responsible working practices through the safe handling, storage, reuse, and disposal of materials and specialist props, reporting hazards and issues promptly, and ensuring appropriate manual-handling procedures are followed.

Essential Criteria

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience working on a continuing drama, soap opera, or other high-volume television production, with responsibility for sets, props, set dressing, or production turnaround activities.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating the work of multiple departments within a fast-paced, time-critical production environment.
• Experience working with filming schedules, continuity requirements, scene changes, and production workflows to support filming readiness and delivery.
• Experience maintaining safe working practices when handling props, dressing, furniture, equipment, and production materials.
• Evidence of prioritising workloads, adapting to changing requirements, and collaborating effectively with production, creative, and technical teams.

Desired But Not Required

• Experience working across studio, location, or multi-camera productions.
• Experience using production planning, continuity, or asset management tools and documentation.
• Knowledge of BBC production processes or comparable broadcast environments.
• Relevant health and safety, manual handling, or production-related training.
