Supervisor – The Station House

Lead by example. Inspire your team. Deliver brilliant hospitality.

The Station House is one of Stockport's busiest fresh food pubs, serving quality food and drinks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We're looking for an experienced Supervisor who thrives under pressure, loves leading people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service every single shift.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. You'll support the management team in running smooth, organised shifts, coach team members to be their best, and help create memorable experiences for every guest.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading busy shifts and setting the pace for the team
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences from start to finish
  • Coaching and supporting team members throughout every shift
  • Maintaining consistently high standards across the pub
  • Helping resolve guest queries confidently and professionally
  • Supporting training and onboarding of new starters
  • Opening and closing the pub safely and efficiently
  • Working closely with the management team to achieve service and operational goals

We're looking for someone who

  • Has previous supervisory experience in a busy fresh food restaurant or pub
  • Is confident leading large, fast-paced services
  • Leads by example with energy, positivity and professionalism
  • Can motivate and develop others to deliver their best
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Remains calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems
  • Takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards
  • Wants to build a long-term career in hospitality
