Overhead Lines Supervisor
Kent - 4 day working week on offer
£53,000 + company vehicle + stay away allowance
We are looking for an Electrical Network Supervisor to join a growing utilities business, overseeing operational teams across electrical distribution network projects for UK Power Networks.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll be responsible for making sure teams have the right resources, work is planned properly and everything is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

What will you be doing?
- Supervising and coordinating operational teams and subcontractors
- Working closely with the Project Manager on programmes and daily delivery
- Managing site safety, risk assessments and toolbox talks
- Making sure teams have the right plans, materials and resources
- Liaising with clients, third parties and subcontractors on site
- Keeping a close eye on quality, workmanship and safety
- Managing Chargehands and operational teams

Criteria for the Overhead Lines Supervisor:
- Must have held extensive experience working as a linesman with DNO authorisations
