Overview

As a Boutique Supervisor, you are a key leader on the floor, driving performance while engaging the team around an exceptional client experience. You support the Store Manager in the daily management of the boutique and ensure brand standards are consistently delivered in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

Sales & Performance

  • Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Translate commercial objectives into clear and motivating actions for the team
  • Monitor daily performance and adapt floor actions accordingly
  • Drive sales through product focus, storytelling and client engagement
  • Encourage a performance-driven mindset while maintaining a positive team dynamic

Team Leadership & Engagement

  • Engage, align and motivate the team around sales objectives and client experience standards
  • Lead daily briefs and on-the-floor coaching to ensure consistency in service and attitude
  • Act as a key relay for the Store Manager and take ownership when required
  • Lead by example with an exemplary selling ceremony and behaviour
  • Support onboarding, training and continuous development of team members
  • Create a collaborative, energetic and committed team environment

Operations & Visual Excellence

  • Ensure brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are fully respected
  • Support daily operations (cash desk, stock, deliveries, organisation of the floor)
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, especially during peak seasonal periods
  • Guarantee compliance with procedures and brand standards

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Sales Associate in a premium or luxury retail environment
  • Strong leadership mindset with a natural ability to bring teams on board
  • Passionate about client experience and service excellence
  • Hands-on, proactive and comfortable leading from the floor
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, seasonal context
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
